TOWNHOUSE INSPECTIONS
I treat your townhouse inspection just like a single family home inspection. Even though you may not be responsible for the exterior components I think it is important for you to know the state of any of the corporation capital cost items. This way, if there is a problem you can review the documents to see if they have a plan and money for the deferred maintenance or you can address the issue with the condo board directly.
CONDOMINIUM/APARTMENT INSPECTIONS
Apartments need to be inspected too. Even though you only technically own from the walls in that still leaves many systems to inspect. Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Interior Finishes and More… All included at an affordable price to ensure you don’t run into any surprises in your new to you condo.
WETT FIREPLACE INSPECTIONS
I provide certified WETT inspections complete with written report, performed on Wood Burning Appliances to ensure code compliance and safe operation.
SEWER LINE INSPECTIONS
A Sewer Line Inspection is a vital service. I use a high quality sewer camera to visually assess the below grade sewer line from an accessible clean out to the city connection. Sewer Line Inspections are highly recommended, when sewer line challenges arise they can be costly to repair.
